Marina is an accomplished educator with a diverse career in education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Text and Writing, along with a Master’s in Primary Education, specializing in Educational Leadership and Digital Technologies.
Marina’s journey started with a passion for teaching, which led her to work in various educational settings, including the National Maritime Museum of Australia where she engaged students in sea history and Indigenous art. She took on roles with increasing responsibility reaching an executive position in schools, where she influenced educational programs and gained valuable insights.
In addition, during this time, Marina founded Quranic Connections, a platform dedicated to incorporating Quranic values into the mainstream curriculum using an innovative approach. This platform continues to expand to offer a wide range of services that support schools.
Currently, Marina works for a reputable company, focusing on creating engaging lessons for students in Australia and the United States. She’s committed to using an inquiry teaching model to inspire and engage students, and she looks forward to connecting with like-minded professionals to contribute to the ever-evolving education landscape.
